首先先來跟大家道歉一下ˊˋ

昨天晚上(美國時間)打著打著就睡著了 所以拖到現在才發O_Q

最近一直在關心台灣發生的事情 也一直想著遠在他鄉的我可以做些什麼

於是 我想把這首歌送給你們 It Gets Better.

每次聽這首歌都有種 心靈平靜、沐浴在天堂的光輝 的感覺...

1  Use my light, I’ll be fine 這裡指的是 "我跟你一樣 都需要去面對這些流言蜚語 但我仍容許你借用我的光亮 或許在你借用之後它會變得細微 但我會為了你而撐下去"

2  One foot in front of the other  一腳在前 一腳在後 這裡要表達的是"舉步不定 想前進但卻又害怕"

3  believe me 是"深信我"的意思 跟Trust有點不太一樣 Trust是信用上的信任 而Believe是信仰的相信

4  Stay strong and you will see (Everything is OK) 因上一句已提過 所以作者在歌詞裡省略

5  Butterflies, you’ll fall in love 在英文歌裡 以"Burrerfly" 來稱人的時候 是要講"美麗、燦爛的你"的意思 也有意味 "處在燦爛環境的你"  (可以見The Wanted - Gold Forever歌詞)

6  start a family 英文的get married 單指結婚 start a family 單指"結婚後並有小孩"

7  There’s gotta be something out there 這句感覺很難解釋 作者想表達的是"天空裡一定有著什麼 你需要知道的、可以讓你堅持下去的 消息/原因" 也有意味著 這消息其實是來自"神"

Chris Salvatore 是同志歌手之一 也或許因為他同志的身分 讓他在唱這種替別人打氣風格的歌時 特別有說服力...

歌曲風格多元 從電音形的Dirty Love , I Want Your Sex, 到替別人加油打氣的抒情It Gets Better, Hurricane 甚至是輕鬆的曲子 What You Do to me (目前Blog背景音樂) 全部都有
