皮爾斯的異視界

從兩個月前 Birdy開始發新的單曲開始 就一直期盼著她發專輯

感覺許久不見的她 多了一絲成熟的氣息 也從以前的少女轉變成了成熟與穩重的氣質

前前後後的4首單曲組成了新的EP《Piano Sketches》

四首我都好喜歡 之中也是各自代表不同的情緒、講述不同的故事

而這次 她似乎回到了最單純的時候 單單都只用鋼琴就唱完了四首歌

彷彿回到了Skinny Love的時候

但也許也是這樣的單純 才更顯真摯、令人動容吧

這首If This Is It Now可以說是這四首之中我最喜歡的了

尤其是後半段的ooh的那一段 好美 好美

而歌詞是如此的悲傷 卻在Birdy的詮釋中更聽出那 心中隱隱作痛卻仍願意獻上祝福的矛盾與感受。

這次感覺都蠻白話的 就沒有寫註解了

我想這首歌代表了我某一陣子的心情吧

記得那時候聽到中間那段Ooh的時候都有種"自己終於自由了"的感覺

然而歌曲的結尾仍是帶著悲傷的。
